Campaigns Manager

Harris Hill is proud to be partnering with the National Literacy Trust, who are looking for a Campaigns Manager.

This role is responsible for planning and delivering literacy campaigns in National Literacy Trust Hubs and target areas which could include Birmingham, the Black Country, Manchester and others as required

Key responsibilities are
- Development of campaign strategies which use a range of innovative channels to spread impactful key messages among communities
- Development of campaign messaging along behaviour change principles and frameworks to target specific community audiences
- Working with local partners to align campaign activity and extend the reach of the campaign
- Plan and research innovative local channels relevant to target audiences to disseminate campaign messaging, both on the ground and online
- Build partnerships with schools, libraries, early years settings, business, cultural and sporting partners to embed campaign messaging in communities

Experience and skills required
- Significant experience of planning and delivering behaviour change and communications campaigns
- Developing engaging campaign messaging and using a range of channels to reach target audiences
- Media campaigning and outreach
- The preferred candidate must have previous knowledge and experience of behaviour change frameworks and principles
- The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively proof read
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
