Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Challenge Events Assistant based in Horsham, to be first point of contact for event enquiries and queries, delivering excellent supporter care for people who wish to fundraise for the charity.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Provide an excellent supporter journey experience for individuals supporting the charity
-Be first point of contact for events enquiries
-Provide admin support to the events team
-To support the identification and cultivation of prospects who may provide further support to the charity

In order to apply for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Demonstrable experience of working within a fundraising team
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent project management skills
-Strong organisational, multi-tasking and administrative skills
-Ability to build strong relationships
