Chief Executive Officer

Job description

If that's you, you could be the person we are looking for to realise an exciting initiative being launched by a new Foundation.

The ideal candidate for our new CEO position will be a naturally gifted entrepreneur with a passion for meaningful projects that changes lives for the better. If you were disadvantaged in early life, this may provide you with valuable insight into some of the challenges that people face, but it is not a prerequisite for the role. What counts is your drive to make a difference and your capacity to succeed.

Role: CEO
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 p.a.
Contract: Permanent

You will be responsible for raising the charity's profile and ensuring that the people who will benefit most know how to reach us. A high level of visibility will also be essential for attracting the right stakeholders and collaborators.

Experience & Skills:
Primarily, we are looking for someone with experience in the day-to-day running of a charity, who has been involved in a charity at the start and knows what it takes to get it going. Ideally, you also have a proven track record of successful personal, academic, and professional achievements.

As well as strong managerial skills, your other strengths include structuring and analytical skills and the capacity to set up efficient business processes and manage profit and loss.

We are looking for a highly competitive and ambitious individual, who personifies the philosophy of leaving no one behind and is driven by a passion to help others to succeed. You value independence, flexibility, and a busy lifestyle.

Most importantly, you are an entrepreneur and leader who enjoys drawing on your skills, talents, and experiences to make the world a better place for everyone.

Specific skills and experience required include:
- Superb networking and collaboration skills
