Communications & Media Coordinator

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Communications and Media Coordinator in order to support charity s Communications team i in the lead up to the organisation s biggest awareness campaign. This will be a temporary full time contract for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities will include:

To support on the production of marketing materials, helping to develop new, and support existing, materials.
Collect content, including case studies, photography, video and quotes.
Liaise with the charity on events they are holding and attend select events to collect content.
To coordinate the production of effective and targeted communications. This includes preparing briefs and working with and monitoring external agencies and suppliers, ensuring they provide high quality and value for money communications services.
To ensure consistent brand identity for the charity; applying the house style, tone of voice and brand guidelines to content across all communications.
To ensure that the charity communications are tailored effectively to reach specific project audiences.
To ensure that our communications meet our accessibility guidelines and are representative of the diverse range of audiences that the charity work with.
