Community & Regional Fundraising Manager - Education & Youth

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading children’s charity in their search for a Community & Regional Fundraising Manager - Education and Youth.

This role is home-based or you can work from one of the newly set up hubs (locations across the UK).

The Community and Regional Fundraising Team are a national team with a local footprint. Working closely with individuals and community organisations, they engage new and existing support to raise vital funds for vulnerable children. From individual fundraisers to mass products and events, they work hard to ensure every supporter has a fundraising experience like no other.

The charity believes it’s incredible to see children helping children, by raising funds for friends, siblings and classmates that might be more vulnerable than themselves. As Community and Regional Manager for Education and Youth, you will build a long-term, sustainable plan to significantly grow this income stream, from Pre-school audiences all the way up to University.

Responsibilities include managing a robust pipeline of Education contacts, using targeted acquisition to identify and attract new support whilst delivering first class stewardship and supporter care to nurture long term relationships and maximise retention. Using insight and reporting to highlight key opportunities you will develop audience-led fundraising products and activities. You'll be data driven and proactive in your approach to acquisition, with experience building and managing a robust pipeline of contacts. You'll also have experience of product and proposition development, using your creativity to strengthen our portfolio of products and events.

If you’re an experienced and innovative fundraiser looking to join a team at an exciting time of growth, please do get in touch!

Please note, only suitable candidates will be contacted with further information.
