Community Engagement Manager
Job description

A wonderful North-London based children's hospice, Noah's Ark, has a hugely exciting opportunity to join their fantastic fundraising team as the organisation continues to expand and grow. They are searching for a Community Engagement Manager, and Harris Hill are thrilled to be assisting them with their search.
In this role, you will use your creativity and experience to develop a community fundraising strategy that will maximise income generation, increase engagement from the existing portfolio of loyal supporters and attract new support from the community. You will also line manage two Community Engagement Officers, and support their professional development. To succeed in the role, you will need exceptional communication and relationship building skills, a passion for developing fundraising and digital marketing strategies, and the drive and creativity to be a part of this ambitious team.
Noah's Ark is a wonderful place to work - as well as having a really supportive, cheerful and inclusive culture and a team dedicated to furthering your professional development, the hospice is situated in a stunning nature reserve. This is a brilliant time to join the charity, as you can utilise your skills and experience to make a tangible difference to both the fundraising scope of the charity, and the lives of the children and families who rely on the hospice for its invaluable services. If you're looking for a new challenge within the world of community fundraising and challenge events, then we want to hear from you.
