Community Fundraising & Experience Officer

Job description

A leading UK healthcare charity are looking for a highly motivated and results driven Community Fundraising and Experience Officer.

The role can be office (central London) or home-based.

In this role you'll be responsible for leading on the development, design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the charity's suite of community fundraising online and offline resources. Working closely with colleagues in the wider Fundraising and Supporter Relations team you will aim to better define and improve the supporter journey for all community, campaigns and events fundraisers, and beyond. You will also work to identify and develop opportunities to maximise income from community and fundraising campaigns, including attracting new cohorts of supporters and encouraging existing supporters to engage in new ways with the charity.

In order to be successful, you will be able to build strong and constructive working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will be creative with the ability to generate new ideas, have good attention to detail and good time management skills in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
