Community Fundraising Manager

Job description

We are recruiting for a motivational Community Fundraising Manager to lead the London community fundraising teams for a wonderful charity that provide care and support for people living with any terminal illness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspiring Community Fundraising Manager that is looking for a new challenge working for a leading charity. You will manage a team of community fundraisers to build and develop fundraising relationships in the community. You will provide exceptional stewardship and support and will cultivate and oversee the implementation of plans to deliver the agreed community fundraising strategy, targets and income growth.

In order to be considered for the role you must have recent, relevant experience in a similar role and will have effectively managed large teams, ideally across multiple areas. You will have good knowledge of setting and monitoring budgets and be able to guide your team through research, approach, pitch and account management. You will prosper when building and developing internal and external relationships and have buckets of enthusiasm!

This role is based in London, is full time and permanent and is paying a salary of £35-38,000 DOE.
