Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading children charity in their search for a Community Fundraising Manager- East England (home based). The charity s looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic fundraiser, to support and develop the organisation s network of existing volunteers and help grow new fundraising support from individuals, groups and organisations in order to generate income across the area.


Salary: 24,761 - 29,042 inc. home allowance

Contract type: Permanent, home based

Deadline : 21st February at 8am

You will be operating from home and work as part of the Community & Events Fundraising Team, contributing to fundraising initiatives across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. You will be required to travel across the patch and to the charity s Head Office in London for team meetings.

Ideally you will have:

Experience of success in developing relationships in order to achieve results within a fundraising, sales or marketing environment.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Well-developed ability to proactively lead, develop and manage relationships with individuals/groups both internally and externally, and achieve objectives through these relationships.
