Community Fundraising Products Manager

Job description

A known and forward-thinking Cancer charity are looking for a Community Fundraising Products Manager to manage some of their DIY community fundraising products. An exciting chance to have some involvement in refreshing these ideas too.

Duties and responsibilities: 

-Implement the charity's Community Fundraising Products strategy and portfolio to deliver and grow net income, re-evaluating existing products and working towards new ideas 

- Deliver an excellent supporter experience to those taking part in Community Fundraising products, and implement supporter journeys that maximise how they can help the charity by delivering excellent supporter care, retention and development

- Work collaboratively with the Data team and Marketing team to review the ongoing performance of the Community Fundraising Products programme and input ideas for improving enquiry conversion, growing or testing new ways of working 

- Work closely with the Community and Events marketing team to ensure all marketing (new acquisition and re-engagement) is delivered on time and to budget

- To manage the performance and personal development of the Community Fundraising Products team

Skills and experience needed:

-Demonstratable experience of building relationships with fundraisers and supporters

-A background of working with within a mass fundraising capacity, whether Community, Products & Innovation or Events as well an understanding of the marketing that goes along with it

- Experience working towards budgets and income targets

- Project management and time management skills

- Leadership skills
