Harris Hill are delighted to be working with the fantastic charity Step by Step on an exciting Community Fundraising Officer opportunity.

The organisation offers vital services to young people going through hard times and facing homelessness. Through their unique approach they offer a range of services, empowering young people and creating brighter futures.

You will join their successful fundraising team, taking the lead on their community fundraising programme. A confident communicator and relationship builder you will encourage support from local schools, churches and clubs. You will utilise your previous fundraising experience to ensure you successfully steward supporters.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous community fundraising experience
• Volunteer management experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Experience managing and delivering budgets to target
• UK Drivers Licence and Access to a car
