Compliance Officer

Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer/Administrator to assist a local advice charity. The purpose of this role is to organise the team in advance of an audit.

Main duties:

Internal audit of documents/files against specific guidelines
Ensure the systems are in place and compliant
Ensuring Google Drive and hard copy files are ordered and up to date.
Placing admin controls on Google G Drive to set controls and agree delegations to key staff
Review of policy implementation including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and GDPR
Establishing templates and system for Board papers.
Defining and documenting procedures for absence monitoring, monitoring training, recording post in/out, processing stationery orders, reception tasks and archiving
Updating the financial controls
