A leading disability charity are looking for a Content Experience Manager to lead on the design and implementation of an excellent experience for all who use their online content. The charity is aware of the need to provide information and advice digitally in order to reach a wider audience and this is a newly created role to lead in this endeavour.
Managing a small Content Team, you will use customer insight to design online customer journeys that support attraction activities such as PPC and SEO.
In order to be successful in this role you must be experienced in CMS, SEO, PPC, usability analysis and testing and have the ability to create user journeys through content. Experience in using customer insight through qualitative/quantitative research to optimise user experience is also desired.
If you've worked with digital customer journey maps, story maps and have created and implemented content strategies that would be a big bonus!
