Corporate Development Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a UK based, international disability charity to recruit a Senior Corporate Development Manager to secure new and varied corporate partnerships.

Please note this position can be based in the London Head Office or fully home based throughout the UK. This organisation are also open to considering part time candidates.

Key responsibilities include;
+ Identifying potential corporate partners in the UK and internationally
+ Develop and maintain a new business pipeline in order to achieve against income targets
+ Create and present creative, persuasive pitches and proposals, including supporting materials
+ Working collaboratively across the organisation, particularly Programme, Events and Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and delivery around proposed partnerships
+ Manage the transition of new partnerships into the account management phase

The successful candidate will;
+ Have a good understanding of corporate fundraising techniques
+ Ideally have experience of a range of partnerships including COTY, sponsorship, cause-related marketing, sponsorship or employee fundraising
+ Have experience of developing a pipeline of prospects to delivery against target
+ Be an excellent communicator, able to persuade, influence and negotiate at all levels
+ Be able to work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure delivery against organisational objectives
