Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting FareShare in their search for a Corporate Partnerships Manager (Account Management).

Hunger is a growing issue in the UK and while there is surplus food that is otherwise going to waste, FareShare believe that this food should be used to feed people first. The UK's national network of charitable food redistributors, they take good quality food surplus and get it to almost 11,000 frontline charities and community groups. During 2020, they redistributed 113 million meals, reaching over 1 million people.

With the COVID19 pandemic shining a light on the issue of food insecurity in the UK the organisations work has never been more vital. The increase in awareness and significance has seen FareShare benefit from the support of major retailers, the media, sports ambassadors and a groundswell of public engagement. Its fundraising team has also seen incredible growth in support over the past 12 months across Corporate Fundraising, Individual Giving, and Trusts & Foundations. As a result there has never been a more exciting time to join an organisation at the heart of public consciousness!

This role will manage a portfolio of existing high profile brand partners and will also seek to further develop income from cause-related brand partnerships and commercially led fundraising partnerships. You must be comfortable negotiating bespoke deals and benefits packages and will lead renewal plans to secure and grow the support of current partners.

In order to be successful, you must have a proven track record in fundraising and partnership management and have excellent communication skills. Cross team collaboration is crucial to the role and you must be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and influencing skills. Leadership qualities are also key as you will line manage a Corporate Partnerships Officer, supporting their learning and development.
