Corporate Partnerships Team Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading animal charities to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Team Manager. Focusing on managing a 7-figure corporate partnerships portfolio and managing a team of 2, this is a great opportunity for an established corporate fundraiser to take on greater responsibility for driving the account management strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
+ Developing and implementing the corporate account management strategy
+ Working closely with the new business team to ensure a holistic approach to partner stewardship
+ Managing the performance of the growing Corporate Partnerships team
+ Working effectively with a broad range of internal colleagues to make sure corporate fundraising is being maximised from a communications, operations and any other relevant perspective.
+ Maintain excellent partnership records and donor information to facilitate monitoring evaluation, forecasting and reporting as necessary.


The successful candidate will:
+ Be an experienced corporate fundraiser and account manager able to manage a large and varied portfolio of partners
+ Have experience of line management and leading a team from the front
+ Have experience of writing and delivering tailored and successful pitches and proposals suitable for a range of audiences
+ Be a strong negotiator with a commercial mindset
+ Be able to manage budgets and collate financial reports as necessary
