Creative Marketing Executive

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Creative Marketing Executive for a charity based in London in order to support the development of the charity brand in UK and Ireland, capitalising on the most up to date methods to do so, including design and management of the website, social media feeds, audio visual input and other leading edge forms of communications.
This will be a temporary role, approximately 1-2 months.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Design and produce marketing collateral, point of sale materials including terms and conditions and IPID documentation, and promotional materials in an accurate and timely way.
Work effectively with external supplier and printers to ensure they are correctly briefed, focused and motivated and meet agreed levels of service.
Maintain and create content on the website and social media feeds, writing engaging blog posts and communications.
Provide management information on collateral stock levels, and budget spend.
Working in conjunction with the marketing team, support the research and presentation of tender documents and proposals to support business development.
In conjunction with the marketing team, Compliance Manager and proof-readers ensure that all the company s literature, point of sale materials and promotional materials comply with relevant standards as determined by regulatory bodies and also meet the charity s commitment to Treating Customers Fairly . Ensure accuracy at all times.
Provide input to management reports as required, including progress reports and Board and Committee papers relating to Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Produce media input for all events for the charity, including photography and film. Ensure all materials are catalogued and archived for easy retrieval and are compliant with GDPR and use to support the marketing and media business strategy.
Manage the provision of relevant and appropriate merchandising and banners for the Field Sales Team and Charity Team.


In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working in a creative media role, ideally in Financial Services.
Demonstrable track-record of success in developing and implementing integrated creative media techniques, that are modern, current and reflect the company brand.
Demonstrable experience in evaluating the effectiveness of creative media produced and measuring the return on investment.
Effective utilisation of CRM and Google Analytics.
Experience and expertise in the design aspects of business to business marketing, particularly within intermediate or partnership channels.
Experience of different marketing disciplines including, the design of on and offline marketing, advertising and promotions.
Social media creative marketing skills and a successful track record of using these to grow brand awareness, leads and direct sales.
a high level of proficiency in QuarkXpress, Indesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Final Cut and/or other video editing software.
Holds a CIM qualification is desirable.
Strong knowledge of creative marketing techniques to support campaign and event goals.
Awareness of latest digital and social marketing methods, tools and channels.
A creative flare, with the ability to translate business and marketing outcome objectives into engaging and impactful creative media (print, online, email, video, audio).
Experience in HTML, FCP Studio, Adobe Premier, Flash, Fireworks, Adobe Contribute and DreamWeaver
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and conflicting deadlines
A self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
