Creative Projects Lead

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with the leading UK charity for girls and young women, in their search for a Creative Projects Lead.

Please note, this is a fixed-term contract until December 2023

In this exciting new role, you will lead, and project manage the design and development of outstanding digital and print creative assets including marketing assets, communications, literature, badges, giftware, clothing and merchandise. Creative outputs will build the charity’s brand, appeal to intended audiences and contribute to commercial targets, where relevant.

You will lead the creative process internally, and with freelancers and suppliers, ensure that all creative products are produced on time and to budget, are on brand and meet the charity’s high-quality standards.

To be successful you must be experienced in coordinating a high volume of creative projects, including large-scale and high profile simultaneously and have a proven track record in ensuring design and editorial products are on brand. An expert understanding of creative project management and production processes from briefing to creative delivery is essential, alongside a strong knowledge of technical requirements and specifications for artwork across digital and print products.
