A prestigious membership organisation urgently seek a CRM Officer to assist them with a migration project.

Key Accountabilities:
Provide first-line support and troubleshooting on issues with the new CRM platform and third-party tools. The CRM is Click Dimensions
Perform end-user administration tasks
Maintain CRM contact data records for the organisation, overseeing data cleansing and update initiatives, and looking for continuous improvement to increase the functionality and accuracy of the data held within the CRM
Increase the utilisation of the CRM through user engagement, extract data, produce tailored reports and respond to other user requests
Provide support and CRM training to staff on an ongoing basis to best utilise the system, implementing how to guides, resolving user issues and interfacing with external support as required.
Create and manage CRM export and import processes to support team requirements

Knowledge and skills required
Proficient in the use of CRM systems with hands-on experience and good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Experience of Donor strategy is desirable but not essential
Hands-on, functional knowledge of Click Dimensions is essential
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Word and Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills with people at different levels, and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
Flexible and adaptable to varying needs, with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload
Clear precise attitude with methodical attention to detail
A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach
Ability to working on own initiative and self-sufficiency on a day-to-day basis
Provide excellent customer service to end users
