Curricula & Quality Co-ordinator

Job description

A charity based in East London are looking for a Curricula & Quality Co-ordinator. To provide project and administrative support to the Training & Workforce Unit in activities related to the development of the curricula revision project and quality assurance of the training programme. Please note this contract is a 2 years FTC.

Key responsibilities
To provide administrative support for arranging events including External Adviser training days, trainee induction events, and stakeholder engagement events. This includes liaising with facilities to arrange appropriate catering and audio-visual requirements.
To undertake robust data entry using a variety of systems ensuring trainee, member, curricular and quality assurance records are up to date to support a range of processes and activities.
To provide administrative support for policy and curricula reviews, administering and transcribing data, and collating reports.
To draft appropriate user-focussed content for digital platforms, regularly reviewing our communication channels to ensure content is relevant, engaging and up to date.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills.
A proven track record of delivering a high standard of customer service.
Excellent telephone manner and an ability to manage queries consistently and professionally.
Proven ability to work flexibly under pressure and maintain accuracy whilst working to deadlines.
Proven track record of producing work accurately and to a high standard with emphasis on attention to detail.
Excellent IT, data management and MS Office skills including email.
Familiarity of using databases.
Ability to work as a member of a flexible team and to use initiative to work alone appropriately.
