A health charity based in Central London are looking for a Data Solutions Architect.You will be responsible for leading the strategic transformation of our data systems and architecture to support our organisational objectives. Your primary focus will be to optimise our CRM ecosystem, making it faster to deliver, and easier to share, data driven insights across our organisation to optimise engagement with our customers. Please note this is a FTC for 2 years.

Key responsibilities
Research, analyse and bring major industry and technology opportunities such as Cloud and Cognitive Compute to deliver on business requirements
Produce technical design documentation to ensure a clear and consistent approach to systems development
Develop and run appropriate testing regimes to ensure implemented solutions are resilient and fit for purpose
Evaluate and monitor data and data systems risks, opportunities, performance, security and compliance
Ensure all data systems and processes are designed to adhere to data and payment security and compliance standards

Person specification
Experience and understanding of CRM systems and software applications used to engage customers
Experience of driving change to continually optimise services and address changing business needs
Proven ability to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts and evaluate them systematically
Experience of managing and developing complex on- premises and cloud data storage, processing and data analysis systems architecture
Experience in using data integration and analysis software, such as Excel, Tableau, Microsoft BI technology stack and SSIS
Demonstrable enthusiasm for technology and innovation
