I am currently working with a fantastic national homeless charity in aim of placing their next Database Appeals Executive . In this role you will be reporting directly to the Senior Database Appeals Executive and you will work closely with other members of the Supporter team. Please note this role is a FTC till June 30th 2020.

Main Duties:
Assist in the production of data for complex mailing, email, digital and telemarketing campaign selection
Produce and maintain data requirements within Supporter Engagement to influence the strategic direction of the organisation
Assist with data integrity and quality checks
Provide technical advice or guidance with Raiser's Edge and other data queries
Ensure that data is processed in line with General Data Protection Regulations
Provide support for any cross-team projects

Key Requirements:
Extensive experience using Raiser's Edge or similar CRM
Understanding of database marketing techniques (RFM) and creative DM approaches
Demonstrable experience of making complex database selections
Experience of analysing and interpreting data
Strong knowledge of current data protection requirements
Experience of project managing direct marketing fundraising campaigns is also desirable
