Main duties:
To lead in the final preparations for delivery and introduction of the new CRM system into the business, including User Acceptance Testing, Training and rollout to staff.
Clarify what is required of the solution and any business process changes to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and can be delivered in Q1 2019.
Manage and deliver Data Migration, Documentation/User Manuals, Reporting and System Interface Development where required.
Ensure effective initial use of the software by the business.
Engage and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and resources to deliver the project successfully.
Provide excellent communication to stakeholders throughout the life of the project and ensure that all users and their managers understand timescales and any compromises required to ensure implementation of a fit for purpose solution.
