Job description

Teenage Cancer Trust are looking for an exceptional Deputy Director of Philanthropy & Entertainment to establish a business-critical new function.

You will lead the strategic development of a new Philanthropy and Entertainment function delivering activities that raise millions of pounds for Teenage Cancer Trust. You will be responsible for producing significant income growth across all areas of Philanthropy and Entertainment. You will set strategic goals and deliver a major donor programme, special events and music/entertainment events. You will be responsible for personally leading relationships with high net worth individuals, the Development Board and Event Committees.

This role requires you to be a brilliant cross-organisational leader with lots of emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills. In addition, you will need to have a strategic approach, be a natural leader and have significant experience in generating income form HNWI's.

Job Title: Deputy Director of Philanthropy and Entertainment

Location: London

Salary: 62,500.00 - 68,500.00 per annum

Contract: Permanent
