Design Lead

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with the leading UK charity for girls and young women, in their search for a Design Lead.

Please note, there are two roles available, one is a fixed-term contract until December 2022 and the other is a FTC until December 2023.

In this exciting and varied role, you will lead on and oversee visual brand execution across major projects and collateral ensuring they adhere to current guidelines. You will work to deliver high-quality, creative and innovative digital and print designs, layouts and resources that reflect and promote the charity’s brand and engage their key audiences. Working alongside colleagues in the Brand and Creative team, you will ensure design work from the external supplier pool is on brand and of high quality.

In order to be successful, you must have the ability to produce on-brand high quality, creative and audience centred digital and print designs. Excellent Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) skills, experience of using Macintosh systems, and strong organisational skills – scheduling, backing up, tracking and co-ordinating a varied and demanding workload from inception to final delivery are also vital.
