Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations)

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation dedicated to preserving heritage and fostering public engagement. They are searching for a Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations) to join their team.

As Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations), you will play a pivotal role in securing vital funding for projects. You will be responsible for driving growth of Trusts and Foundations income, supporting both unrestricted income and major projects. You will be managing a personal portfolio of funders, nurturing relationships and pitching proposals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling funding applications. You will also build lasting relationships with funders to establish multi-year income opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in trusts and foundations fundraising.

  • Demonstrable experience of personally securing grants at the 5-figure level

  • Sound understanding of the interests and working methods of trusts and foundations

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Permanent, Full-time (4 days per week also considered)
Location: Greenwich
