Digital Campaigns Manager

Job description

As Digital Campaigns Manager for a fantastic community focused organisation you will lead and deliver a digital communications strategy, strengthening the charities relationship with the public through digital engagement and storytelling.

Working alongside the Heads of Campaigns, you will line manage the Social Media and Digital Campaigns Officer on the delivery of the digital strategy. You will play an important position in creating and commissioning engaging multimedia content, delivering appealing digital communications campaigns and managing all elements of the charity’s social media platforms and presence.

You will be expected to identify and secure meaningful digital partnerships to advance digital influence and ensure content is seen by the widest relevant audience possible. A dynamic approach to relationship management is also essential to influence stakeholders, ensuring an aligned and consistent one voice.

In order to be successful, you must have experience in a senior social media or digital communications position with demonstrable evidence of devising and delivering successful digital strategies across multiple platforms (which have achieved significant levels of reach, engagement, impressions or views). Experience of working with external agencies and/or platforms to create digital and social media content for a consumer audience is also key.

Advanced skills in a range of software tools including video, image and photography editing programmes such as Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro and evidence of creative flair in creating campaign ideas and content is desirable (but not necessary).
