A great opportunity has arisen for a Digital Content Producer in order to support the brand, external communications, website, media relations and social media presence across all channels (media, print, events and environment), to develop a streamlined, strategic and impactful communications plan and key processes.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Support the development of content for a variety of external communications platforms, including
-maintaining editorial systems, including version control
-liaising with external authors and content creators
-liaising with designers, filmmakers and website developers
-copy editing and proofreading texts to house style
-sourcing images and checking image permissions
-digital and print production
Maintain and build our social media profile, including
-maintaining a social media schedule
producing engaging, high-quality content and campaigns for our social media channels
writing and scheduling social media posts
cultivating conversations and interacting with other users who comment on / interact with our posts
Support the creation, planning and delivery of internal and external events:
-establishing relationships with event partners and maintaining a list of venues
-booking events and coordinating event logistics
-producing invitations, maintaining and managing lists with GDPR compliance
-market and raise awareness of events
Support website development, maintenance and content creation
-maintaining a website update schedule
-producing engaging, high-quality content for our website(s)
-writing website content
-coordinating internal and external blog content
-updating web content using the CMS

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience of working in a communications, marketing or content role
In-depth knowledge and experience running professional social media, particularly Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Knowledge and experience developing, maintaining and updating a website
Outstanding proofreading and editing skills, including applying house style, and knowledge of editorial processes, systems and methods
Digital design experience and proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
Project management experience
Event management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, internally and externally, with a wide variety of people.
High-level IT skills (including Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign and CMS)
Strong visual literacy, able to make appropriate judgements on visual material to support communication activities, with an eye for detail
