Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic, refugee charity in their search for a Digital Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fearless team of game changers dedicated to positively changing the lives of refugees by changing negative media portrayal and public perceptions.

They have a fast moving and complex media narrative as the area in which they work (asylum and immigration) is controversial and high profile. They therefore need someone who is able to understand and implement complex messaging but is also happy to be hands on.

Responsibilities include developing and managing a digital strategy, including website, online engagement and social networks, geared towards increasing visibility and engagement and influencing attitudes.

In order to be successful you'll need to value collaboration and will be a natural communicator and digital expert. If you understand how to use audience insights, the importance of value-based messaging, why storytelling matters and have a strong understanding of the role of digital in changing attitudes, then please get in touch!

Please note, only suitable candidates will be contacted with further information.

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists operates an equal opportunity policy and commits to treating all of our candidates and jobseekers fairly. We welcome and encourage applications from everyone regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships
