Digital Engagement Officer

Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a fantastic well known Youth Charity in their search for a Digital Engagement Officer.

Please note, this role is located in Milton Keynes.

In this exciting newly created role you will support the Marketing Manager with the planning and execution of all marketing and internal/external comms activities. This includes coordinating and delivering the charity’s digital engagement activities with multiple audience groups via social media channels, the website and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include managing digital engagement activity on a day-to-day basis, driving discussion and managing responses across networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and private resident forums. You will support with the Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts for the charity’s social enterprise café and will produce relevant and engaging content updates to all digital platforms, informed by the charity’s editorial calendar and priority events/activities.
