Digital Experience Analyst

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with the leading UK charity for girls and young women, in their search for a Digital Experience Analyst.   

Working together with a partner youth charity, you will be working to make the recruitment and joining experience for volunteers more inclusive, accessible and welcoming. The core purpose of this role is to help the charity understand how users interact with the charities volunteer welcome experience, digital products and services - providing key insights which will support product development and user conversion.

Key responsibilities include identifying key user journeys and flows across desktop, mobile and tablet products on which they can drive insights and identify opportunities to improve user experience across the user journey. You will work with Product Managers and UX Designers to measure the effectiveness of their development and product releases and will support on establishing and monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance indicators (KPIs). You will analyse and understand the key behaviours, user flows and drivers behind conversion rates and manage, create and deliver actionable insights from A/B tests and multi-variant tests.

In order to be successful you must have a passion for analytics and data in order to help the charity embed insights into everything they do and help to drive forward their ambitious transformation of the volunteer welcome.

Salary:  £29,300 + £3,500 Location Allowance (LA) per year (pro rata) (rising to £30,840 + £3,500 LA (pro rata) within your first year with us)

Job type: Fixed term contract until March 2023 -extension may be possible

Hours: Part Time Role – 17.5 hours per week
