Digital Fundraising Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading children's charity in their search for a Digital Fundraising Manager.

Please note this is a Maternity cover contract until December 2022. You can be home-based, or work from the London head office.

In this role you’ll be responsible for growing unrestricted income and leading a committed team of two. You will lead on the strategic management of a large budget to ensure it hits ROI targets. Last year the team hit the milestone of raising £1M through digital fundraising. They need someone to lead the team to even greater heights!

In this busy and varied role and you will be supporting a team to deliver a programme of paid digital advertising to recruit new supporters and raise income across individual giving, fundraising, legacy and events activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will produce compelling fundraising content including videos, digital ads, email content, case studies, landing pages etc You will directly run ad campaigns yourself, as well as leading on key projects to ensure data compliance and fundraising standards are met as well as championing and upskilling others across the organisation in digital fundraising.

In order to be successful you must have experience of working with large budgets in a complex organisation, where you are responsible for leading on digital marketing campaigns that drive revenue. Specific digital fundraising experience would be a bonus, however out of sector experience in an income generating role will also be considered.
