Digital Fundraising Officer

Job description

An international welfare charity in London, seek an experience Digital Fundraising Officer ASAP for 3 months on a full time basis.

Facebook marketing experience -1 year +
Events advertising
Campaign set up
Supporter journey
Audience voice
CMS - preferably Sitecore
Email building - preferably Salesforce

JD responsibilities:

Work closely with teams across Fundraising to support the planning and delivery of digital campaigns for their areas e.g. National Events and Legacy Marketing teams
Manage campaigns from the initial brief through to creation and evaluation across a range of digital channels.
Manage project schedules, answer day to day queries, create and present written and verbal creative briefs, data selection briefs and testing matrices. Explore and test new opportunities within channels to achieve digital fundraising targets and project manage each fundraising activity according to stringent budgets and tight schedules.
Brief all internal departments on campaigns as appropriate, ensuring that key staff within the organisation are kept informed of all upcoming digital fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities at any time may include the following: planning and delivering of email or SMS campaigns; leading on fundraising acquisition campaigns such as display, PPC or social advertising. Briefing and liaising with internal teams or agencies on creative development of campaign assets.
Write and build emails within our email marketing platform Exact Target (Salesforce)
Make recommendations to increase engagement and conversions via our email marketing
Collate and produce results for digital fundraising campaigns.
Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for future campaigns, to maximise the income raised.
Create results reporting spreadsheets (including analysis of testing) and update the team with a summary of campaign performance via meetings and emails.
Ensure that testing forms a central part in the planning of digital fundraising campaigns across all fundraising teams, highlighting testing opportunities and recording results to enable an iterative approach to testing and development.
