Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a fantastic political, campaigning organisation that promotes and protects the rural way of life, in their search for a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager.

Please note, this is a maternity cover post.

The successful candidate will be able to work from home and from the London-based head office.

Covid-19 has brought the opportunity to change how they engage and communicate with existing and potential members, and digital comms have become increasingly important. This role will form an integral part of their new Digital First strategy.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of marketing activities; this involves all aspects of digital marketing and communications activity as well as a variety of offline communications to help the organisation achieve its objectives, through campaign management and project delivery.

Working closely with the Campaigns and Fundraising teams, you will create and deliver a social media strategy, monitoring and engaging with social media platforms, looking to engage proactively with supporters and potential supporters. You will also lead on the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy, including campaigns such as mobile, email, Google AdWords, paid social media – utilising reporting to increase results Confidence in creating and developing new digital and printed assets to support marketing activity is also key – this includes videos, interactive tools, graphics, advertisements and email templates.
