Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with a fantastic International Welfare Charity who are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing and Product Lead.

Please note, this is a 9-month Maternity cover.

Using the latest techniques and tools available, the Digital Marketing and Product Team delivers customer centric digital experiences designed to increase engagement, awareness and loyalty whilst focusing on core acquisition metrics. Working closely with colleagues in Fundraising and Data and with agency partners in web development and media buying, you will deliver outstanding, fully optimised supporter experiences. You will work to drive the continuous improvement of digital campaigns and act as a strategic adviser to others within the organisation on digital acquisition and website development.

In order to be successful in this position you must have experience of strategy development and implementation; and budget building, monitoring and management. It is vital that you're a strong leader, with the ability to manage and motivate high performing teams and have a strong knowledge and successful track record in digital marketing and website management.
