Digital Marketing Executive - Ecommerce

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to working with a fantastic Christian charity in their search for a Digital Marketing Executive - Ecommerce.  

Working within the Marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving growth in e-commerce initiatives, developing their reach, maximising return on investment and delivering on specific sales targets.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for the whole life cycle of consumers, from positive brand representation across various social media channels creating a sales funnel, through to purchase analysis and retention strategies, where you will evidence success through regular reporting. 

Key responsibilities include implementing and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns, developing implementing and optimising customer journeys, developing the use of automation and deepening personalisation in communications to increase engagement and loyalty and working closely with the Commercial team to create bundles, package and offers.  

In order to be successful, you must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles and good knowledge of: Facebook Business Manager, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite and DotDigital or other email platforms.
