Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

A fantastic Digital Marketing Manager position has arisen within a friendly & supportive health related charity based in Bath.

Working in the Marketing and Communications team, this role is responsible for leading an ambitious digital marketing programme.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will work with teams across the organisation to devise, implement and evaluate digital campaigns and activities. Managing and developing the charity's digital channels and content is also key, alongside supporting the digital marketing capabilities of colleagues.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a digital marketing team or agency managing a range of digital channels and activities, with a proven track record of devising, implementing and evaluating successful digital marketing campaigns and activities. Experience of successfully developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across a range of on and offline channels is key, alongside up to date knowledge of managing social media channels, communities and paid campaigns. This position line-manages a Digital Marketing Officer, so you must also be a strong communicator, with the ability to lead, mentor and inspire.
