Digital Marketing Manager

Harris Hill are thrilled to be working with a fantastic social welfare charity, looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager based in Leicester. You will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team, developing and implementing a dynamic organisation-wide digital marketing strategy.

Working closely with the supporter marketing team you will plan and implement an integrated programme of website, paid digital, social media and content marketing activity. In addition to this you will also oversee the development of the digital marketing infrastructure (web, organic and paid social, forms and data acquisition infrastructure, shop platform and payment technology), ensuring high-quality engaging content.

In order to be successful in this role you must have significant experience of developing and managing successful B2C digital engagement strategies and campaigns to deliver against multiple objectives. You must have have comprehensive knowledge and experience of: web CMS (including WordPress), administration and hosting; coding (HTML, CSS, SQL, Javascript); social media management (paid and organic, tracking and traffic management); paid search (Google Grant AdWords, DoubleClick Search, Bing and social channels); SEO and SEM tools and processes; building and managing forms and data capture mechanisms; e-commerce; managing and developing payment processing; developing analytics, monitoring and evaluation tools to guide data-informed decision-making.
