Digital Marketing Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic arts-based organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager on a 1 year FTC (Maternity Cover). Part of a friendly Marketing team, you'll lead on digital marketing activity, managing everything from online advertising to social media platforms and the development of the e-communications functionality.

You'll be responsible for overseeing creative marketing content across online channels and will devise a digital marketing plan within schedule and on budget. You would also be line-managing the Digital Officer and therefore must have experience of leading, motivating and developing a team.

In order to be successful in the role you must be an experienced, imaginative and forward-thinking digital marketer with a structured approach and an analytical mind. It's also vital that you're confident managing marketing agencies, managing internal stakeholder's and external partnerships.
