Digital Marketing Officer

Job description

Harris Hill is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer for 6 months, covering a leaver at an arts based organisation.

This may possibly be a temp to perm opportunity and we are looking for this role to focus on our social media optimisation and management of cross promotion of our work to engage audiences through all touchpoints (banners, pre rolls, membership magazine ads, etc.)

Main responsibilities:
Ensure social media and digital promotion channels and are fully scheduled and optimised to support the agreed annual objectives.
Support the realisation of the annual impact calendar and related campaigns Manage, connect and deliver across the organisation s cross promotional channels

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent working knowledge of all main social media platforms and their audiences and strategic value.
Experienced at delivering effective digital and social media marketing campaigns. Including set up and day to day management of paid media advertising.
Significant experience in effective forward planning and scheduling of social media to optimise performance and engagement (ideally through Social Sprout or similar platforms)
Good understanding of lead generation marketing particularly in a membership or business to business environment
Proven experience in creating compelling digital and social media assets which drive engagement and amplify reach.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience of working with digital asset management systems.
Experience working in NFP/Charity sector, with limited media spend. Excellent copywriting, influencing and communication skills.
Numerate with strong analysis and data literacy skills. Experience in using data and analytics to monitor, optimise and evaluate digital marketing activity.
