Harris Hill has an exciting opportunity, for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, to support an international charity on a full time basis, for 3 months, from 4th July.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in delivering non-financial supporter retention programme, and supports retention of financial supporters, with a focus on email marketing. Using your experience and knowledge of email marketing, this role works with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop engaging and accessible ideas, initiatives and journeys to deliver communications that help attract, inspire and maintain relationships with supporters and in turn achieve strategic objectives. Working with colleagues in the fundraising department this role also ensures financial supporters receive personalised, relevant and engaging communications.

A typical day:
Use our Email Service Provider, to create engaging, effective and inspiring emails
Manage the email calendar: review briefs, schedule emails and brief the Data Team
Report on email results, evaluating the effectiveness of activity and identifying gaps and opportunities for
testing
Work closely with the Data Team to brief data selections, use insight and develop automated journeys
Lead on relationships with key service providers, ensuring regular review and reports on performance against strategic aims and KPIs
Deliver digital communications expertise and advice on the outbound SMS network programme, including messaging, supporter journeys and segmentation

Experience:
Creating email experiences that are personalised and engaging
Creating supporter/customer journeys which have positively impacted retention and reactivation
Working with an Email Service Provider - using automation, segmentation, personalisation and testing tools
Identifying gaps and opportunities within a supporter experience and implementing innovative solutions to generate impact and engagement
Internal and external stakeholder management, including managing agencies and suppliers
