Digital Marketing Specialist (Retention)

Job description

A fantastic International Campaigning Charity in London are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist (Retention).

Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will work to deliver the non-financial supporter retention programme, with a key focus on email marketing.

Delivering a cross-channel retention strategy and supporter-focused email journeys, you will work to encourage ongoing support, maximising the potential of available tools and platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and innovative marketeer who is experienced in developing engaging ideas, journeys and initiatives to attract, inspire and maintain relationships with supporters. You will also lead on managing relationships with key service providers and implement the email strategy, regularly reviewing and reporting on performance against KPIs.

In order to be successful in this role you must have experience in creating email (and preferably also SMS) experiences that have had a positive impact on retention and reactivation. With a strong understanding of email and cross-channel marketing technologies and developed copywriting and content editing skills you will be experienced in delivering personalised, engaging and responsive journeys.
