Digital Optimisation Officer

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Digital Optimisation Officer for a children related charity in order to provide support on digital marketing best practice relating to tagging and tracking of digital marketing activity. This will be a 4 months contract.

Key Responsibilities will include:

To provide support on digital marketing best practice relating to tagging and tracking of digital marketing activity

To come up with testing strategies and implement them with teams across the charity.

To work closely with teams across the charity, helping them measure and improve the effectiveness of their digital marketing.

To support departments and teams to use digital marketing in a more effective way and reach new audiences.
Keep abreast of industry-wide digital developments and to introduce them to the charity as appropriate

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Understanding of digital marketing channels, digital data analysis and the tracking of digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform is advantageous
Experience of managing digital, communications or marketing projects successfully from inception to closure, scheduling, finding solutions to problems, and communicating effectively throughout
Strong verbal and written communication skills to analyse, interpret and present complex information in a clear and persuasive way for a wide range of audiences.
Ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of people, particularly with senior level individuals.
Ability to organise and plan own work and the work of others and deliver objectives on time.
Ability to identify opportunities and to research and evaluate their viability in order to achieve desired outcomes.
