A great opportunity has arisen for a Digital Project Coordinator for a health related charity in order to coordinate the development of a new and updated organisational website, including monitoring and coordinating internal efforts to ensure we meet milestones set by the web agency. This will be a 3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the development of new and updated organisational website.
Support the review of current site content, reformatting and repurposing attachments into html where relevant.
Support relationship with creative agencies and maintain BaseCamp and Asana or equivalent, to ensure that activities are delivered in line with the agreed project timescales.
Contribute to decisions surrounding site architecture, creative concepts, wireframes
Coordinate UX testing, and the charity s internal and external Web Consultation Group, to ensure that the new site meets the needs of our core stakeholders.
Sourcing and maintenance of the charity image library, including editing and branding of imagery.
Contribute to defining Key Words and terms for SEO.
Coordinating upload, testing, tagging and maintenance of content, attending to queries.
Arranging logistics for team and stakeholder meetings and remote participation, and support with note taking.
Coordinating, monitoring and scheduling daily social media activity Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Day to day management of communications@ email address.
Coordinate agency translations of core landing page content into relevant languages (French and Spanish).
In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:
Digital Communications and Marketing (social media, social intelligence, web marketing, SEO, analytics, accessibility, UX, web design, editorial etc.)
Digital experience, with strong knowledge of relevant web standards (accessibility, usability, information architecture, SEO), ideally within a not for profit sector organisation.
Experience in administering web CMS (Drupal platform) including basic knowledge of html.
Experience in planning and developing new digital platforms
Excellent coordination skills, in order to communicate regularly with the team on progress, compliance with milestones and potential risk.
Experience of working within campaign planning and project management tools such as Trello, BaseCamp or Asana.
Experience in maintaining social media activity, including increasing levels of engagement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
High level of computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office, html, Web CMS, social media platforms and online project management tools.
