Digital projects Manager

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Digital Projects Manager for a health related charity in order to cover period of 3-4 months. This will be a part-time role (28hrs per week).

Key Responsibilities will include:
To co-ordinate and control our website development project across multiple stakeholders in marketing, communications and IT.
To act as the principle contact and project manager with development agencies and suppliers.
To maintain existing working procedures between the charity and its suppliers.
To take on the role of project manager for agreed digital projects including requirement gathering, specification agreement, development management, testing and implementation.
To manage the flow of support requests to development partners and ensure that the developers resources and used effectively and economically.
To provide regular progress reports and updates to the Digital Marketing and Website Manager and other key stakeholders, identifying issues and improvements.
To manage and optimise the digital development budget.

Up-to-date knowledge of web and digital technologies
Project management methodologies for web and digital projects
Database integration best practice
User experience and accessible design best practice
Users and acceptance testing
Proven ability to manage digital projects end-to-end
Proven experience of budget management
Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects concurrently
Proven experience of supplier/agency management
Experience capturing and documenting business requirements
Experience in working with stakeholders on digital projects across marketing, communications and IT departments.
