Job description

A leading homelessness charity is seeking a fundraiser for a new role primarily co-ordinating their mid-value fundraising programme. As Direct Marketing and Stewardship Coordinator you will oversee the mid-value communications calendar, working with internal and external partners throughout the creative process to deliver income growth for the organisation, and an outstanding journey for supporters. You will also be a point of support for stewardship, working with the Stewardship Executive on improving interactions with supporters across multiple touch points.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of traditional direct marketing techniques within a fundraising context. This includes the creative process, print and production, as well as data segmentation. You will also be passionate about supporter care and stewardship, committed to constantly evaluating and improving how supporters are treated.
