Direct Marketing Executive

Job description

Individual Giving Executive - 4 days a week

Leading charity is seeking an Individual Giving Executive to manage, develop and
implement an Individual Giving programme and strategy that maximises income for
the organisation across cash, regular, lottery, payroll, high value and In memory
giving.

You will work closely with the CRM Manager, Fundraising Administration Officer and
Marketing & Individuals Manager in developing and targeting Direct Marketing
campaigns that engage both potential and existing donors with appropriate asks, and
to ensure strong stewardship with clear supporter journeys for donors (aiming to
reduce attrition, maximise lifetime value and create a positive supporter
experience).

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous Individual Giving fundraising or stewardship experience.
- Previous experience of utilising a database (editing, querying, making notes, exporting mailing data etc.), with Raisers Edge experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (inc. sound knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling).
