A great opportunity has arisen for a Direct Marketing Executive for a leading human rights charity based in London in order to assist in delivering an effective direct marketing strategy
driving income for the charity.

Salary: 31,238 per annum

Deadline: 11th October at 8am

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with direct marketing experience who would love to move into the charity sector.
The role works across different channels and products, focusing on digital acquisition channels (including paid social, PPC and email) and payroll giving. However, it may have an opportunity to support on other channels and products.
Direct Marketing Executive will plan and manage specific direct marketing projects, as delegated by the Senior Direct Marketing Co-ordinator
DM Executive will help to plan and develop the direct marketing strategy and objectives as part of the Individual Giving team and work with team members on specific projects as required
DM Executive will also contribute to the development of team budgets and plans

Person specification:

Project management using an inclusive approach involving internal and external stakeholders
Delivering direct marketing campaigns, targeting diverse audiences
Delivering multiple projects on time
Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers
Understanding of what motivates people to donate
Marketing strategy and tactics to acquire and retain supporters Awareness of inclusive principles and ways of working
Interpreting numerical and statistical information and using spreadsheets to budget, monitor and forecast performance
Ability to brief, evaluate and proof copy and design
Ability to write engaging fundraising copy tailored to different audiences
Excellent communication skills
Organising and prioritising a demanding workload
