Direct Marketing Executive - Acquisition

I am delighted to be working with a fantastic homelessness charity in their search for a Direct Marketing Executive – Acquisition. 

The Direct Marketing function is part of a successful Individual Giving team, together delivering a diverse programme of work with ambitious income targets. The team plays a key part in supporting the achievement of the charity’s organisational strategy, generating over £20m of unrestricted income each year and has a direct impact on the services provided.

As Direct Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving Individual Giving’s goals and must be passionate about acquiring and engaging new supporters and maximising income opportunities to achieve this. Working alongside the Direct Marketing Manager, you will lead on fundraising campaigns and projects, manage campaigns to budget and monitor the achievement of financial and non-financial targets. You will play a key role in planning upcoming campaigns and ensure they run smoothly end-to-end - collaborating, influencing and delivering successful campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

In order to be successful, you must have some experience working in Individual Giving, with excellent relationship building skills and an interest in multi-channel supporter communications. Experience of working on projects and campaigns to acquire new supporters or customers is also key, alongside excellent analysis skills and the ability to use data to advise on decision making.
