Direct Marketing Manager

Leading health charity is seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to refine and develop their successful individual giving program. The objective of this role is to take the lead on acquiring new donors and producing engaging materials to maximize their life time value to the organisation.

Your focus will be on delivering successful supporter recruitment campaigns and stewardship journeys. You'll have the chance to bring your experience to both established programmes and innovative new products.

Your main responsibilities will include project managing supporter acquisition, retention and gaming communications; monitoring and reporting on performance; assisting with budgeting and forecasting; and managing relationships with external suppliers.

The charity is looking for a proactive, driven, fundraiser with a solid grounding in supporter acquisition and engagement, and a strong record of working with diverse stakeholders on effective integrated supporter journeys.

Organised and thorough, you'll be an experienced direct marketer who can work independently to deliver great results. A people person who will build positive relationships across the organisation and manage suppliers effectively. You're also a problem solver with the flexibility to cope with change and competing priorities.
